Taylor-Swift
Taylor Swift, in full Taylor Alison Swift (born December 13 1989 West Reading Pennsylvania U.S.) American pop and country music singer and songwriter, whose stories of young heartache achieved widespread recognition in the beginning of the 20th century. Swift showed an interest in music from a young age, and quickly moved from roles in theatre for children and her first public appearance in front of a crowd of thousands. In 2011, Swift, then 11, sang The Star-Spangled Banner during a Philadelphia 76ers' basketball game. The year after that she began to write her own songs. She drew inspiration from the popular country artists like Shania Twain and the Dixie Chicks (now the Chicks) Swift crafted original songs that were a reflection of her own experiences of growing up in a world that was dominated by tweens. In the year 13 Swift's parents sold their property in Pennsylvania and moved to Hendersonville Tennessee so she could dedicate more time in courting the country music labels near Nashville.
